🎤 A Night of Laughter: Our First Comedy Night at the Crown and Anchor, Bromley!

The Crown and Anchor in Bromley transformed into a laughter-filled haven as we hosted our very first Comedy Night there in May - and what a debut it was!

We welcomed an incredible lineup of comedians who absolutely lit up the room Kicking off the night with energy and sharp crowd work was our resident MC Steve McLean, who effortlessly warmed up the room and kept the momentum going between acts. His quick wit and brilliant banter set the perfect tone for what was to come.

Taking to the stage were three fantastic rising stars of the comedy circuit:

  • Rez Bhatt, whose clever observations and laid-back delivery had the crowd roaring.

  • Tim Biglowe, bringing his unique perspective and deadpan humour that hit all the right notes.

  • Natalie Durkin, with her infectious energy and brilliantly relatable set that left no topic untouched.

And then, the night’s Headliner, the brilliant Stephen Carlin, took things to another level. With razor-sharp satire, dry wit, and that unmistakable Scottish charm, Carlin delivered a masterclass in stand-up, capping off the evening in spectacular fashion.

The laughter, the atmosphere, and the incredible energy made this a night to remember—and just the beginning of what we hope will become a regular staple of the Bromley comedy scene.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, laughed with us, and supported local live comedy.

Keep an eye out for details of our next Comedy Night—you won’t want to miss it!
